What to do in case of milk congestion and breast inflammation (mastitis)?
I wake up in the middle of the night with chest pain. My son is lying next to me in What to  bed and continues to sleep peacefully.

“What’s going on now?!” I ask myself. My right breast is rock hard! “Oh, so the little one has only been drinking from the left breast the whole time,” I think to myself. After all, it’s not the first time that he has preferred the left breast to the right and I then have to watch myself empty my breast again.

Something is wrong

Suddenly I am wide awake, which never happens to me in the middle of the night, unless the little one wakes up immediately afterwards and something strange is going on. For example, he has to throw up or something like that. So I mentally prepare myself for my son to turn night into day. But he just keeps sleeping. And I lie there in bed, my eyes wide open. Great!

I’m starting to get cold. Yes, of course, I’m not covered up either. So I get under the warm blanket. But suddenly it’s not enough anymore. All of a sudden I’m shaking from the cold. At the same time my head is burning hot. My son, who occasionally stops to drink, gets a little restless from my shaking attacks, but he still doesn’t wake up.

I can’t sleep anymore. My breast hurts like hell. I sneak into the bathroom honduras mobile database in the hope of being able to express a little milk, because the little sucking from my son didn’t bring any relief. I’ve never been good at expressing milk. I probably just don’t have the right technique. Even now, I can only manage to express a few drops of milk, which is extremely painful. But it shouldn’t hurt that much, I’ve heard and read that so many times. So I’ll just leave it and hope that the little one drinks some more milk. The little one immediately misses me in the bed next to him and calls for me. Let’s go!

Unfortunately, it is not getting better, but rather worse. My breasts have become a little softer through breastfeeding, but they really hurt! My breasts are boiling hot! I can only touch them lightly and it hurts. Now my limbs are starting to hurt too. WHAT! IS! GOING! ON! HERE?

If I hadn’t had someone there to help me at that moment, I fear I would have perished.

I was so worn out, so exhausted, I was shaking all the time, I online marketing & digital marketing what is a/b testing? was in terrible pain, breastfeeding was painful, and towards the end I felt sick. I didn’t want to get up. My body told me I had to stay lying down and rest. But that’s hard to do when your little one wakes up at 6 a.m., grabs your 1000 mobile phone numbers hands and wants to run around the house with you.

A blessing in disguise, because it was Sunday and Dad was at home and didn’t have to go to work. He would be there all day and could take the pressure off me. I was so incredibly happy about this situation!

So the three of us cuddled in bed and my chills slowly went away. But I was dead tired! So while I lay in bed with a spittoon (in case I didn’t make
